Biography
Alan Gabriel Matheus was born in Weston, Florida on June 7, 2001 to Venezuelan parents. Alan started playing the guitar and singing since he was 6 years old and participated in the praise band of his Christian school. In 2015, at the age of 14 years old, he participated in Univision’s LA BANDA TV series in Miami, Florida, which is a singing competition created by Simon Cowell and produced by Ricky Martin. The goal of the series was to find the most talented young teens to form a band of 5 members and become a musical phenomenon. From the very beginning of the show the 3 judges (Ricky Martin, Laura Pausini, and Alejandro Sanz) were very impressed by Alan’s singing and supported him throughout the show. Alan was the youngest participant and is very happy and proud to have advanced among the 10 finalists out of thousands of participants. The 5 chosen finalists formed the very successful boy-band known as CNCO.

Since 2016, Alan has been writing and recording original songs with some of them available online in all the major digital platforms. He’s currently a member of ASCAP, and his goal is to continue writing songs and inspiring the young generation of artists.
